Lindburgh Smith’s passion for business began at a young age through the influence of his grandfather, who exposed him to entrepreneurship and commerce. That early experience shaped his educational and professional path, leading him to earn an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the University of Belize and a dual bachelor’s degree in marketing through Galen University and the University of Indianapolis.

He is also a certified educator with a full Teacher’s License and a Diploma in Secondary Education from the University of Belize. His career includes leadership and marketing roles with Citrus Products of Belize Limited, Atlantic Insurance Company Limited, the National Committee for Families and Children, and the Belize Credit Union League.

At Smithy’s Natural Blend, Lindburgh oversees marketing, operations, quality control, and business development. He continues to strengthen the company’s growth while pursuing an MBA focused on Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Adelma Malic grew up in a middle-income family and developed a passion for business early in life. After high school, she began working as a Filing Clerk for Great Belize Television and was later promoted to Personal Secretary to the General Manager. These roles strengthened her professionalism, business knowledge, and confidence.

On weekends, Adelma also contributed to the development of her father’s grocery store, where she deepened her love for business and built stronger networking skills. She later partnered in a mobile fried chicken venture, gaining more than ten years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience.

Today, as Co-Owner of Smithy’s Natural Blend, Adelma leads public relations, sales, and social media. She embraces the business’s mission and is proud of the positive health impact Smithy’s has already had on customers’ lives.

In January 2022, Lindburgh and Adelma partnered to launch Smithy’s Natural Blend with a shared commitment to healthier living. What started with eight handcrafted juice blends has grown into a thriving wellness brand with more than 30 natural blends and an expanding portfolio of natural products.

Together, they are building a brand that promotes wellness, innovation, sustainable growth, and better choices for families across Belize and the wider Caribbean.
